Victoria is a corporate and international communications professional with an extensive portfolio of clients gained over 10 years in international consulting agencies. She has experience of working with such clients as Seligdar Gold Mining company, ALROSA, Sberbank CIB. She participated in the preparation of the IPO for Tinkoff Bank, worked on financial and ESG communications for Sistema JSFC and Lenta, one of the largest Russian retailers, and was responsible for organising the international press-offices of the largest international economic forums in Russia - SPIEF, WEF and others.

Prior to joining Montfort Eurasia, Victoria managed international projects at En+ Group, a major energy and metallurgical holding founded by Oleg Deripaska, where she was responsible for the preparation and publication of financial statements, as well as for ESG communications.

Permanently based in Tashkent, fluent in Russian and English, and speaks Serbian.
