Sayyora leads Montfort Eurasia as Managing Director, bringing 29 years of executive and corporate governance experience across Turkey, Central Asia and the Caucasus in the FMCG, financial institutions and agro sectors.

She currently holds three independent non-executive roles in Uzbek state-owned enterprises managed by the Uzbekistan National Investment Fund (UzNIF, managed by Franklin Templeton) – SQB Bank, the Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange (UZEX) and Uzbekinvest – and chairs the Audit Committees of UZEX and Uzbekinvest. She also serves as an independent non-executive director of Inarctica PJSC and previously held the same role at Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan, chairing Strategy board committees at both.

Earlier in her career, she spent four years with Coca-Cola HBC, as General Manager for Armenia and Commercial Sales Director, and 18 years with Procter & Gamble, culminating as General Manager for Central Asia.She was named Non-Executive Director of the Year in 2020 and General Director of the Year in Kazakhstan in 2014.

Sayyora is a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors (UK). Her expertise spans corporate governance, strategy and ESG, business digitalisation, brand and portfolio management and organisational development.
