Polina is an Account Manager at Montfort Eurasia, specialising in financial and strategic communications, as well as capital markets. She leads projects for major financial institutions and corporates across Central Asia, including Vision Invest, Halyk Bank, Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company (NMMC), the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and Click.

Her experience spans financial and investor relations, corporate positioning, international media relations and high-profile communications programmes. Polina has led communications for major capital markets and corporate projects, working closely with senior executives, international investors and global media.

Prior to joining Montfort Eurasia, Polina worked as an Operations Manager for a group of start-ups, leading teams, overseeing business operations and project delivery.

She holds a degree in International Business and Management from the Higher School of Economics in Saint Petersburg and speaks Russian, English and Ukrainian.
