Polina has years of experience in management and project coordination, with a focus on financial communications and capital markets. She currently works with major clients such as Halyk Bank and NMMC, helping to strengthen their global reputation, enhance investor relations and increase visibility internationally.

Prior to joining Montfort Eurasia, Polina was based in Russia, where, holding the position of Operational Manager of a group of start-ups, she led teams and ensured operational progress.

She is a graduate of the Higher School of Economics in Saint-Petersburg with a degree in International Business and Management, and speaks Russian, English, and Ukrainian.
