Temur is a Senior Account Executive at Montfort Eurasia, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He works across energy, infrastructure, mining, fintech and international development, with a focus on strategic communications, public engagement and digital campaigns.

At Montfort, Temur leads the day-to-day communications delivery for a World Bank-supported energy reform programme, coordinating government stakeholders and developing communications strategies, public information materials, media training and multimedia content. His work has also included advising major projects on local media, public communications and digital strategy, as well as supporting communications for clients including NMMC, Central Bank of Uzbekistan, and Click.

Prior to joining Montfort, Temur worked in journalism, leading English-language content production for a major national news outlet. His earlier experience also includes communications for an education-focused non-profit and media literacy training for an international organisation.

Temur holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Webster University. As a Global UGRAD scholar, he also studied at Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English.
