Gay leads Montfort's Financial Services team and has advised many of the most exciting and progressive financial services businesses of the last three decades.

With over 30 years of experience, Gay is one of the market’s most well-connected and seasoned practitioners and is an expert in narrative development and media relations. She specialises in helping asset managers grow and navigate change and has significant investment trust experience. Prior to Montfort, Gay co-founded Ludgate Communications, then Penrose Financial, which became MHP.

Gay is a founding Steering Committee member of the 30% Club; a board member of the Association of Investment Companies, a NED of Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust Plc and for 9 years was a NED of JP Morgan Global Growth and Income plc.
